Our only stop in Germany was in Munster a little village outside Rothenberg ob der Tauber along the Romantische Strasse-The Romantic Way. Apparently it runs from north of Nuremburg to the Italian border
with lots of places to visit.
Rothenburg is a beautiful old town with lots of super architecture & very clean & tidy. Not a particularly sunny day when we were there!!

The campsite was full of Dutch as are many we've been to-there can't be many left in Holland. We decided to drive straight to Prague from here.
We stayed overnight in an aire in Kayserburg in eastern France close to the German border. A beautiful little town
We watched these storks on their nest precariously perched ontop of this roof. There were at least 2 babies in the nest.
A quick look at the Rhine as we crossed into Germany nearly missed it!!!.
