Traditional Spanish food at Xmas

We've bought a jamon to eat with friends at Xmas time plus the stand and a sharp knife. The best ham to buy is Iberico ham It has to be black footed and have a thin ankle - this was the advice from Antonia & her husband. It is very tasty.
